The problem
Brothers Fabrication is a Calgary custom metal-fabrication shop with a genuine edge: it's one shop where licensed welders, electricians, plumbers and gasfitters build custom food trucks, mobile bars, and shipping-container builds end to end. Most builders subcontract the trades — which means delays, finger-pointing, and code risk on exactly the things inspectors care about most. Brothers signs off the gas, power, and plumbing with the same team that built the truck.
The catch is that this moat is hard to convey. Their digital presence didn't tell that story, didn't qualify buyers before the first call, and didn't put their strongest proof — a shop full of finished builds — in front of the people commissioning them. Quotes arrived cold, budgets were a mystery to prospects, and a national market was being reached through scattered channels.
Our approach
We built Brothers a fast, single-page marketing site as a React + Vite SPA on AWS Amplify, with Framer Motion driving the reveal animations and a staff-editable content layer so the crew can keep builds, pricing, and the for-sale lineup current without a developer.
The narrative leads with the moat — "Most builders subcontract the trades. We don't." — then does the qualifying work up front. Transparent pricing tiers (Basic $79K, Standard $119K, Premium $139K, financing available) let a buyer size the build and the budget before they ever pick up the phone, which is exactly how Brothers wants leads to arrive: scoped, not cold.

A build gallery turns every finished unit into a billboard — food trucks, mobile bar carts, container kitchens, an Airstream booth, step vans — and a quote-capture flow routes qualified interest straight to the shop, with a promise of a scoped quote usually within one business day.
"Chris and Chris take great pride in their work, and it shows. I can't recommend Brothers Fabrication enough."
